Upon receiving your order, the products will be packed and send to you, immediately.

Important Security Note:
Packages can only be delivered to private addresses, such as a residential home address or an office address. Packages can not, under any circumstance, be delivered to public places, such as: restaurants, cafes, malls. Products will be delivered in sealed packages, that can only be opened after payment has been done to the courier, meaning that the package cannot be opened and refused and resent back with the courier. The package must be paid for and received first and then if there are any issues the normal return process will be carried out by contacting the Customer Service (please view the procedure in the Returns & Exchanges section).


Upon receiving the package, the client must first pay for the package and only after he/she can open the package.
Should you wish to exchange or refund an item, please follow the steps bellow:

Place products back in the original package together with a copy of the delivery receipt and seal the package accordingly

Return Shipping Fees will be applied as follows:
If the item(s) received are faulty, return shipping is free of charge
If the item(s) received are not the correct ones and do not correspond to your order in any way, return shipping is free of charge.

If the client has changed his/her mind, the shipping cost will be supported by the client and it will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Time Policy:
If the item is faulty, the return time is 14 days from the date of delivery.
For any other reason, the return policy is 7 days from the date of delivery,
Return and Exchange conditions:
• Products must be returned in the original packaging.
• The product shows no sign of being use.
• A photocopy of your delivery receipt or your order number on a paper must be included in the returned
package to avoid delays or lost packages.
