•Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

We will do our best to get your favourite CHOU products to you as fast as possible.
Upon receiving your order, the products will be packed and send to you, immediately.

Yes, we take data protection very seriously and our client’s information is kept private and it is not shared under any circumstances.

What if I forgot my account username and/or password?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the present moment we only accept CASH payment upon delivery of the products to you.
Very soon we will also introduce the online CREDIT/DEBIT CARD payment.

Will the Courier Driver bring the package to my door?

Yes, our official Courier Driver will bring your package at the door of the home/office address you have provided.

Must I personally receive and sign for the package?

If the payment is done in CASH, there is no need for you personally to receive and sign for the package.
If the payment is done by DEBIT/CREDIT CARD, the only person able to receive the package is the card holder and he/she must.
make proof of identity by presenting an ID Card to the courier.

How do I return a product?

Should you wish to exchange or refund an item, please follow the steps bellow:

2. Place products back in the original package together with a copy of the delivery receipt and seal the package accordingly
3. Send the package to our address: 277 EL Gaish Road, Alexandria, Egypt

Who will pay for the return shipping?

•   If the item(s) received are faulty, return shipping is free of charge
•   If the item(s) received are not the correct ones and do not correspond to your order in any way, return shipping is free of charge
•   If the item(s) received are the correct ones, but you need a different size, the first return shipping is free of charge; following return shipping will be changed
•   If the client has changed his/her mind, the shipping cost will be supported by the client and it will be deducted from the refund amount.

In how many days should I return/exchange a product purchased online?

If the item is faulty, the return time is 14 days from the date of delivery.
For any other reason, the return policy is 7 days from the date of delivery.

What exactly are your Return/Exchange conditions?

CHOU Return and Exchange conditions are:
•   Products must be returned in the original packaging.
•   The product shows no sign of being use.
•   A photocopy of your delivery receipt or your order number on a paper must be included in the returned package to avoid delays or lost packages.

If I want to exchange an item that I bought online with an other item that is cheaper, will you refund me the difference?

No, it is not possible. It is only permitted to exchange an item you have purchased for an other item at the same price. You can also exchange it for an item at a higher price and pay for the difference.

How will I know my footwear size?

What are the conditions to exchange items bought on SALE?

The same conditions apply for items bought on sale or on full price.
